I have made wellness and energy my priority after burning out from my corporate board role at age 27 years. Rehabilitating my health, my mind and my deep inner soul has been a study spanning almost 20 years. After facilitating over 10,000 client sessions, I have pieced together the BEST of the BEST theory and practical exercises in a 2-day workshop designed to teach you how to master your wellness and your energy so you can flow and fire on all cylinders in your working career. This includes an EAST meets WEST approach pulling on all of the tools available to us.
