My Favourite quote:
I believe we are each the expert on ourselves and that the possibility for change lies beyond ‘shoulds’, ‘oughts’ and internal or external judgments. As coach, I see my role as partnering with you to help create the change you desire so that you can experience the satisfaction, peace and joy that comes from living life aligned with your values and dreams – whatever they may be.
I bring a strong counselling background of 20 years with me along with training in Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), post graduate qualifications in Coaching and Positive Psychology (University of Sydney) and Education (BA Dip Ed). I have worked with individuals, organisations and workplaces for over 20 years in both one to one and group settings and my work has spanned coaching, training, mentoring, professional development and teamwork facilitation.

“Claudia has a warm, compassionate, empathetic and responsive style. I was able to move forward with my goals as well as gain clarity and insight into challenges and barriers that were holding me back. I would highly recommend Claudia as a coach.” Justine McRae, Director, JME Consulting
My Blueprint or Passion:
I am passionate about assisting people to connect to what lights them up and how to bring this into one’s life in a balanced and sustainable way. My own journey has included physical adventures, artistic performance, business development and academic achievement. I draw on the latest research on performance, attention restoration, mindfulness and positive psychology in my work and I love working closely with people to explore what it means for each person to live a rich meaningful and sustainable life.
Social intelligence, perseverance, curiosity and creativity
Back in 1988 at 22 years old I rode my pushbike solo along dirt roads through the Australian desert to Alice Springs. It was a formative experience which changed me forever and set the tone for life to come. Other milestones include directing my own training company in my late 20’s, surviving a near death experience at 29, performing music professionally around Europe in my 30’s and creating an online business in my 40’s.
I know what it’s like to be ambitious, to perform and to achieve at a high level, and I love the excitement and energy that this brings.
I also know the importance of restoration and recovery, and the power that comes when we find ways to live in flow with our values.
