After you sign up, you’ll be given a self-audit questionnaire to complete. This is where you set out what you’d like to achieve, and lets Debbie understand more about you. You’ll also get an overview of the program.
Once you send back the self-audit, your first session will be booked with Debbie, to kick off the journey in a way that is fully customised to your needs.
